Science Research students wrote a grant and was awarded a $1000 dollars for a "Raspberry Pi" programmable water quality probe by the Maryland Sea Grant. This photo was published in the Carroll County Times in May, 2015. More than 15 students and dozens of fish have benefited from this accomplishment.

Article in the local newspaper about the $700 grant from the Lancaster Aquarium Club for use in water quality studies for fish in the Science Research Classes. Approximately 60 students each year will benefit from this award. graph.
